Function:
The Associate Director of the Family Partnership Center (FPC) Campus provides operational leadership to the Family Partnership Center campus including facilities, grounds, security and capital projects. Ensures the facilities maintain quality standards, meet target outcomes, goals and objectives, budget or financial targets, and comply with applicable local, state and/or federal regulations, statutes and/or guidelines. This role includes supporting and executing plans according to the standards and values of the Agency, overseeing business relationships and developing relevant policies and procedures. Enthusiastically supports, practices, and communicates the agency’s Mission and Statement of Values.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, public administration, or another relevant field preferred, with three (3) years of operations or project management experience; OR five (5) or more years of operations or project management experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provides direct supervision of FPC Facilities Manager and Safety & Security Coordinator.
- Facilitates staff development and training to meet the organization requirements and all regulations.
- Provides leadership to organization staff, by example, by knowledge, and practice of professional skills, relationships, Agency values and standards.
- Assures appropriate staffing by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates for positions in operations.
- Completes staff performance appraisals in a timely manner, addressing disciplinary issues through the organization's progressive disciplinary process.
General Responsibilities:
- This position will work in close cooperation with key Agency staff to ensure efficiency and fiscal sustainability of the program.
- Follows through on all tasks and ensures quality results.
- Interacts with stakeholders, clients, referral sources, co-workers and others in a positive, client-oriented manner; provides a positive example of professional behavior in the workplace.
- Adheres to the Agency’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Plan.
- Chairs and/or participates in committees as requested by the Director of the Family Partnership Center.
- Participates and contributes to grant and proposal submissions.
- Responds supportively to changes in programs and policies and takes a broad view of one’s position by assuming additional responsibilities when the need arises.
- Completes all work and reporting functions in a timely fashion.
- Successfully moves into problem-solving mode when challenges or concerns arise and translates strategic thinking into action
- Provides feedback, advice, and support to the Leadership Team as it relates to the overall operational and program functions and strategic plans for the Family Partnership Center.
- Demonstrates solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, motivate and manage a team, and gain the confidence and credibility of key internal and external stakeholders, with special focus on a customer service approach in line with agency values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Facilities/Security:
- Oversees maintenance and security functions for the Family Partnership Campus.
- Oversees project implementation and management.
- Supports the Director of the FPC to manage vendor contracts for services and commodities as it relates to the FPC.
- Supports the Director of the FPC regarding lease management for the Family Partnership Center partner agencies.
- Ensures completion of safety & security risk assessments and disaster planning for the FPC Campus.
Capital Projects:
- Assists in the coordination and facilitation of capital projects and renovations.
- Works closely with Director of the FPC and others to minimize and effectively communicate operational impact of capital projects and renovations.
- Collaboration/Partnerships/Community:
- Manages operational aspects of community events sponsored by FSI/FPC, Partners, and external organizations.
- Provides timely operational updates to FPC partners and staff.
Quality Improvement:
- Strives to ensure that operational/program services are of the highest quality possible with allocated resources are client centered and provide optimal outcomes using best practice interventions.
- Actively seeks feedback from multiple sources to inform continuous quality improvement efforts.

Essential Requirements:
- The successful candidate must have exemplary organizational and budget management skills, and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all levels of program, operational staff, and key stakeholders.
- This position requires an on-site work schedule with extremely limited remote work.
- Must have established cell phone, willing to use for work (will be reimbursed).
- Ability to travel to Agency locations, community meetings, and other locations as required
